Dental Technology

Caring for our patients means offering the best services and using the latest technology. Dr. Della Bella believes in maintaining the highest standard of care for his patients, so our office uses the following dental technologies (and more!) to provide you with the care you deserve:

CEREC

We use CEREC to provide patients with dental restorations in just one visit. We can create veneers, inlays, onlays, and dental crowns the same day that we determine your need for a restoration. This incredible technology means you can get the care you need in less time and with a less invasive procedure.

Digital X-Rays

We use digital x-rays to diagnose dental health issues more safely and quickly. A digital x-ray emits 80 percent less radiation than a traditional radiograph. The images from this x-ray show up immediately, so we can quickly determine your oral health needs.

Intraoral Camera

An intraoral camera is a small device about the size of a pen. It allows us to get a closer look at the inside of your mouth and places that may be harder to see. We can also quickly and easily share those images with you too. We use the intraoral camera to take pictures inside your mouth before a procedure begins and after it is completed, allowing us to see the changes in your teeth.

Loupes

Dr. Della Bella uses the Loupes system for all of his patients. Loupes is a set of glasses with a high-powered magnification light. This system magnifies objects up to five times, allowing him to care for your teeth with the utmost precision.

Soft Tissue Laser

We use a soft tissue laser to kill plaque and bacteria in periodontal pockets, remove infected tissue, reshape and contour the gumline, and to lengthen a crown. This incredible device allows us to provide you with the care you need quicker and more efficiently. It also provides a less painful and invasive procedure.

VELscope® Vx

Dr. Della Bella’ uses the VELscope Vx for oral screening. Our team can examine your mouth with VELscope Vx to discover oral issues as early as possible. This allows us to fight oral diseases before the problems develop further and become harder to treat.
